Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Preble College Prep, LLC website and enrolling in our SAT Preparation Courses or hourly tutoring services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Preble College Prep, LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

2. Services

2.1 SAT Preparation Courses: Preble College Prep, LLC offers SAT Preparation Courses designed to assist students in preparing for the SAT exam. These courses may be conducted in-person or via Zoom, depending on the student’s preference and availability.

2.2 Hourly tutoring Services: Preble College Prep, LLC provides hourly tutoring services in various subjects and academic areas. These tutoring services may be conducted in-person or via Zoom.

2.3 Availability: The availability of courses and tutoring services may vary based on factors such as instructor availability and student demand. Preble College Prep, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling preferences but does not guarantee the availability of specific courses or tutoring.

3. Registration and Payment

3.1 Registration: To enroll in SAT Preparation Courses or schedule tutoring services, you must complete the registration process on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Payment: Payment for services is required at the time of registration or prior to the scheduled tutoring session. Preble College Prep, LLC accepts payment via PayPal or other authorized payment methods. All payments are rocessed in US dollars.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Preble College Prep, LLC: Preble College Prep, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or tutoring sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor unavailability, facility closures, or technical difficulties. In such cases, Preble College Prep, LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and offer alternative options or a refund.

4.2 Cancellation by Student: If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course or tutoring session, you must notify Preble College Prep, LLC as soon as possible. The cancellation policy and refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific course or tutoring package. Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy provided at the time of registration.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to course materials, study guides, and tutoring materials, are the intellectual property of Preble College Prep, LLC or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5.2 License: Preble College Prep, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials and resources solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not permit commercial use or the sharing of materials with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preble College Prep, LLC and its affiliates, instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Preble College Prep, LLC.
